“I chose Chris as a realtor as a result of a previous home purchase (the same house we sold). During that purchase Chris rushed to make a deal happen for us even though a possibility existed that she wouldn’t receive compensation for her work (we visited the house prior to contracting Chris’ services). She did so with complete professionalism and I could tell she took pride in ensuring that we were happy. Obviously, we made the right choice in going with Chris again. She sold our house in a little over 1 day with no open houses and little to no disruption in our relocation schedule. She is quick to respond to inquiries and yet, she doesn’t hassle us with constant problems. I felt very comfortable letting her handle all aspects of the negotiation and issue resolution- in whatever way she felt appropriate. Her expertise was invaluable in allowing us to come out on top of all negotiations that took place during the sale. I can honestly say that I am not fond of most realtors. I have a general bias against using someone else to sell my house, but, after working with Chris, my attitude has completely changed. She made the transaction so easy for me that I would not hesitate to use a realtor again in the future. My only regret is that we were unable to utilize her services for our new home purchase out of state.”

When deciding to have our new home built, we were not expecting to need or use a realtors services. Friends had recommended an agent but when we met Chris, she stood out based on her experience, knowledge, and professionalism and we're so thankful we chose her. Having a home built when you are hundreds of miles away is quite stressful. Chris was our eyes and ears and saved us thousands when it came to negotiations and keeping an eye on the construction.
